Your Responsibilities

As an Automation Electrician with us, you will be part of a modern and highly automated industrial environment where we constantly work with the latest technology in automated systems and machine maintenance. Your main task is to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on our advanced machinery and infrastructure, focusing on ensuring high availability and maintaining the best possible production quality. You will handle everything from troubleshooting and problem-solving on control systems and sensors to maintaining robots and other critical components that keep production running.

Our maintenance department consists of technicians, mechanics, buyers, and planners who all work closely together. The position is a permanent full-time employment, two shifts, located in Åseda. Start date is according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Who Do We Think You Are?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have an education in electrical automation or electrical engineering, or you have previous experience in automation and/or maintenance work from a similar position in the industry. You may be junior in the field but have a strong desire to learn and develop in automation and electricity.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology. You are solution-oriented, results-driven, and attentive, and you are expected to be able to work both independently and in a team. The tasks also include some administrative duties, which means we expect you to have good computer skills; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
